Here are a few more favorites from the wedding of Liane and Gar.
Because I can only post so many images in a blog post, I have also posted a slide show offering a glimpse of the wedding day coverage.

During my trip to Madison a couple of weeks ago, I had the chance to visit a couple of Madison treasurers. One was the Dane County Fair on the steps of the Wisconsin Capitol. If you ever have the chance, it is worth it to get up at 6 a.m. in the morning to be among the first to visit the vendors’ booths.
Another place I was able to visit before heading back to Toledo was the Olbrich Botanical Gardens. Except for the low-flying, nesting birds, which will give you quite a startle, the gardens were marvelous and serene.
While I have not edited the images from either location, I thought I would share one from the botanical gardens.
Liane and Gar were married May 31 in Madison, WI. I was honored to be selected to cover their wedding as Liane is a fellow photographer.
They were a great couple to work with, and between the wedding and reception we stopped by Liane’s studio for some fun shots. It isn’t too often that you have the opportunity to cover another photographer’s wedding, and this year I am fortunate enough to cover the wedding of two photographers.
Before the trip I heard where Madison was rated the top five friendliest cities in the United States. I can’t speak for everyone, but if the family and friends at the wedding and reception are any indication, I would have to agree - they were a great bunch to work with and I really enjoyed the day.
Here are a few photos from the day.
