Just wanted to share some more fall colors. This might be the last nice day as the forecast calls for colder weather and rain.
Election Night

Tuesday night I supplied video and photos to the Toledo Free Press as part of its election day/night coverage.
I started the day early at one union hall, and near the end I visited another union hall. Here, local democrats celebrate the Obama victory and are congratulated on their efforts by Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur.

Election Day 2008 - Dawn Patrol

Today is election day, so if you have not voted, head to the polls now. Today is like a flash back to my newspaper days as I am covering election day for a local news outlet.
This morning I headed out to the headquarters of the Teamsters Local 20, which has been hosting a Dawn Patrol breakfast for more than 40 years. After an early breakfast beginning at 4:30 a.m., volunteers take signs to post near polling places throughout the county.
Here is a short video featuring Harold Leu, past president of Teamsters Local 20, who has been serving breakfast since 1960.
